What happens if it isn't working at month 3?

Cancel. Month to month, no termination fee, you keep the work product. We would rather lose a client at 3 months than carry one who isn't getting value.

What if I already have someone running my marketing?

Mention it on the scoping call. If you want a second-set-of-eyes review of what you're paying for and what's getting delivered, we'll give it to you in writing. Honest answer, no obligation either way.

How does this work if the office manager or accountant needs to approve?

Standard month-1 deliverables include a one-page service summary written for whoever in your business reviews contracts. SOW template available before you book if your finance team wants it. We expect hard questions. We answer them in writing.

Who runs the work?

Jacob Hastings runs the work as founder. A dedicated implementation specialist owns day-to-day delivery on your account. A paid media specialist is added at Pipeline and Department tiers.
